1. Physical Properties
Appearance: white to light yellow powder with a slight citrus odor.
Solubility: extremely difficult to dissolve in water, but soluble in ethanol, ether, animal and vegetable oils and other organic solvents.
Stability: Stable in concentrated or crystallized state, resistant to high temperature, light and moisture, better than water-soluble vitamin C.
