PIBSA (Polyisobutenyl Succinic Anhydride), CAS 67762-77-0, is a high-performance fine chemical intermediate synthesized from high-reactivity polyisobutylene and maleic anhydride. It appears as amber to reddish-brown viscous liquid with chlorine-free eco-friendly technology, high purity and good thermal stability.

With unique molecular structure, it has excellent oil solubility, dispersion, detergency, emulsification and anti-rust properties. It is widely used to produce succinimide ashless dispersants for engine oil, diesel oil and gear oil.

Also suitable for fuel detergent raw materials, metal working fluid emulsifier, emulsion explosive emulsifier, coatings, inks and rubber additives. Stable industrial grade quality and bulk supply available.
