Triethylene glycol monobutyl ether is an important solvent, used for ink, paint and coating industry. Also used for the raw material of cleaner and agrochemicals.

Chemical Properties

Triethylene glycol monobutyl ether (TEGME) contains several ether bond units and one active hydroxyl group in its structure, and it has the general physical and chemical properties of alcohol compounds.
