1. Buffering capacity
pKa value: 8.1 at 25℃, effective buffering range is pH 7.0-9.2.
Mechanism: as a weak base, it can be combined with H⁺ to maintain the pH stability of the solution, and it is commonly used to adjust the acidity and alkalinity of the biological experimental system.
2. Temperature sensitivity
