Application Scenarios

1. Rubber Industry (Core Application)

Emulsion polymerization inhibitor/terminal polymerization inhibitor: Used in the production of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), inhibiting monomer self-polymerization, preventing latex skinning and pipeline blockage, dosage 10‑50 ppm. Monomer stabilizer: Prevents premature polymerization during storage and transportation of styrene, butadiene, and acrylate, extending shelf life. Non-nitrosamine advantage: Produces nitrosamine-free rubber, improving product environmental protection.

2. Power/Water Treatment (High Value)

Boiler feedwater oxygen scavenger: Replaces hydrazine, quickly removes dissolved oxygen, and reduces metal oxygen corrosion; 15% aqueous solution is the mainstream industrial specification. Circulating water corrosion inhibitor: Compound with phosphate/molybdate to protect carbon steel, copper, and stainless steel, with both oxygen scavenging and corrosion inhibition functions.

3. Fine Chemicals/Pharmaceuticals & Pesticides

Amination reagent: Oximation of aldehydes/ketones/esters, synthesis of nitrogen-containing active intermediates for anticancer drugs, pesticides, and special chemicals. Selective reducing agent: Mild reduction in organic synthesis, retaining sensitive functional groups.
